Don't know if you tried this or not, but the first day, put the walls up and prop them up with stuff to let them dry. Second day, put the roof on and let it dry - prop it up with something to keep it from sliding off. Third day, let kids decorate. Our church found some cardboard houses that you decorate. The cardboard just pops up into place. It was awesome.
Big thanks to the Sanders for giving us a gingerbread house! I wonder if anyone has one to turn out like the one on the box?
